Waukee Academy (For PreK-12 Students)

Registration information:

  • Summer 2021 registration opens March 5.

  • Please note that registration will close immediately upon reaching maximum capacity set for each camp or class, or 1-2 weeks prior to the first day of camp or class, whichever comes first. Summer camps normally close 1-2 weeks prior to the first day of camp. School year classes close 1 week prior to the first day of class. These deadlines allow the instructor ample time to plan for and order/receive the necessary supplies for the exact number of registered students


Refund Information:


  • Refund requests must be made two full business days prior to the first day of the class. A $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the original amount paid by the participant.

  • Due to COVID-related safety precautions, camp/class may need to be cancelled after already starting. In that case, refunds will NOT be issued. We appreciate your understanding. If you prefer to cancel your registration due to this parameter, please do so at least two full business days prior to the first day of camp/class.


Covid-related safety measures:


  • Students are encouraged to distance when able to.

  • Masks are optional for students & staff.

  • Student Pick-Up: The instructor will escort all students to the front entrance after class for parent pick-up.
