Info

Has your high school student given thought to these questions: What do you want to do in the future? What are good fit careers and college majors based on your career and personality? In this class, students will have the opportunity to take the Strong Interest Inventory. The Strong is the most respected and widely used career planning instrument in the world. It is designed to help individuals make educational and career plans. The Strong measures personality types and interests to find the best match to an individual s career and potential college majors. In addition, instructors will aid students in the administering and interpretation of the results. Both class instructors have their Masters Degrees in Counseling and Social Work. They also have work experience with middle school, high school, and college aged students, specifically with career exploration and future planning. They are certified in administering and interpreting the Strong Interest Inventory as well. For students entering grades 10-12. Instructor: Sarah Bowen and Brooke Sanders
