Give your child a dynamic track and field experience that builds skills across sprinting, javelin, shot put, relays, jumping, and distance running. Participants are taught proper technique and form, tested and timed in selected events, and re-tested to track their improvement. The camp features a variety of drills, activities, and games designed to enhance overall performance. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes. Community Ed is currently coordinating on-site logistics with DASH to ensure students move safely from the building to the outdoor location. More details will be shared as the start date approaches.
