Empower your birth experience with knowledge, confidence, and a plan that works for you. This interactive 4 session class is designed for pregnant individuals and their support partners who want to feel confident and informed heading into labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. We’ll explore labor positioning, breathing techniques, and the physical stages of birth. You'll also create a personalized birth plan and a postpartum care plan tailored to your family’s needs. Whether you are first-time parents or looking for a refresher, this class offers practical tools and thoughtful guidance to support your journey. Taught by an ICEA certified birth educator and doula with over 10 years of experience.
