October: Growth Mindset for Winning, Losing, and Perserverance: This camp helps young athletes build mental strength, confidence, and a growth mindset. Through fun games, challenges, and team activities, athletes will learn how to handle wins with humility, bounce back from losses, and keep going when things get tough. Campers will discover how a growth mindset can help them not only in sports, but in school and life
Novembe: Keys to Resilience, self-esteem, and mindset with sports: This camp empowers young athletes to develop strong minds and strong hearts. Through fun activities and team challenges, campers will build confidence, practice bouncing back from setbacks, and learn strategies to stay focused and positive. They’ll discover how resilience and a healthy mindset can help them grow both on and off the field.
January: Anger Management for on and off "the field":This camp helps young athletes understand and manage their emotions in healthy ways. Through games, role-playing, and sports-based activities, campers will learn tools to stay calm under pressure, handle frustration, and turn anger into focus and motivation. These skills will support them in sports, at school, and in everyday life.
