(Camp will run M/T/Th) Camp will teach the fundamentals of our Warrior Strength Program.  Participants will receive instruction on the core lifts and exercises used at the high school level.  This camp will be a great springboard to the 7th/8th grade summer training program held at Timberline.  The camp will focus on having fun, encouraging teamwork, and getting better as an athlete!  This camp is for incoming 7th and 8th graders.
