This adult group program meets virtually for 6 weeks to uncover habits, stressors, binging, emotions & all the things. With daily and weekly tips, tools, methods and constant coaching, you will have the skills to get past the "stuck & muck" and into the insight & abundance.
We explore each of these in-depth, week after week. Getting to the heart of what it takes to succeed and why that's important to YOU!
