Anchor Kids (Grades K-5)
Are you looking for a healthy and impactful class for your student? Anchor Kids focuses around the 5 pillars of health for kids: fitness, nutrition, seeds2snacks (garden to table focus), mindfulness (yoga), and sport/activity. This class aims to teach kids the life skills they need to be successful, empowered, and healthy leaders of tomorrow! Students should dress for physical activity and bring a water bottle.
